ACTA has reissued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Municipal Financial Advisory Services. Interested firms are invited to submit a proposal for the performance of these services.
It is identical to the October 31, 2022 RFP with the exception of new dates, a more detailed table of contents, and the following clarifying statement:
Please note that firms that have previously provided, or are currently providing, financial advisory services to either the City of Long Beach Harbor Department (“Port of Long Beach”) or the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department (“Port of Los Angeles”) are not disqualified from providing the requested services to ACTA and may submit a proposal to this solicitation.
If your firm has already submitted an RFP, you are not required to submit a new one. However, if you wish, you may submit an updated version.
